Laser lipolysis is now a commonly used and accepted modality for removal of unwanted fatty tissue. Lots of people think that Lipolysis and Liposuction are same procedures meant to remove excess fat from the body. Laser Lipolysis liquefies the fat inside the body and puts it back into the blood. If the person is exercising regularly and controls the diet then this fat gets converted into energy and is used by the body. If the person does not exercise then the fat which has been liquefied gets deposited again at the same site. So Laser Lipolysis works for removing a small amount of stubborn fat which is not responding to exercise. Liposuction on the other hand is the procedure in which the fat is liquefied and then sucked out of the body, so the results are guaranteed and immediate.
Non-surgical lipolysis techniques use laser energy, radiofrequency, ultrasound or cold (cryolipolysis) to reduce fat. Devices are applied directly to the skin of the treatment area and do not employ injections (as in injection lipolysis) or incisions (as in laser assisted liposuction). Although fat loss is more subtle with non-surgical lipolysis techniques compared to surgical liposuction, non-surgical lipolysis techniques have several advantages including reduced cost, reduced healing time, and being non surgical. Laser, radiofrequency, cryolipolysis and ultrasound techniques provide additional advantages of tissue tightening.
Lipolysis works very good on people who are exercising regularly or strictly follow diet plan but still there is some small stubborn fat which is not going even after vigorous exercise or diet. Lipolysis will mobilize that fat and you can see much better result.
